Write to the same address. We answer commercial enquiries slowly and decline most of them, which is worth knowing before you spend time on a proposal.
If we published something inaccurate, say so plainly and point at the sentence. Corrections are handled under our editorial policy. You do not need to be polite about it, only specific.
Two or three working days is normal. If a week passes with nothing, assume the message went astray and send it again rather than assuming we ignored you.
There is a line between publishing about hobby crafting and advising you personally, and we stay on the publishing side of it. That rules out account problems, disputes with third parties, and anything that depends on facts only you can see. See the legal notice.
